How It All Began
We’ve always loved exploring the world — discovering new places, new cultures, and new adventures. For years, I was the one who planned every detail of our trips, and then I’d visit a travel agent to see if they could “get me a deal.”
One day, I asked that travel agent if they would train me. Their answer? A big NO!
Well, anyone who knows me knows I don’t take “no” for an answer! That moment lit a fire in me. I started researching how to open my own travel agency, determined to create a business built on passion, knowledge, and personal service.
And that’s how Lisa’s Dream Getaways Travel Agency was born on January 3, 2017.
Nearly nine years later, I still love helping my clients turn their dream vacations into happy realities — whether it’s a relaxing getaway, a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, or a bride’s perfect, stress-free wedding and honeymoon.

About Me
My family and my business are my everything. Together with my husband, we’ve been blessed with 11 wonderful children, 7 grandsons, and 1 very loved granddaughter — though truth be told, they’re all overly loved (just not spoiled!).

Working alongside Lisa, Megan is dedicated to turning the overwhelming world of vacation planning into a seamless, high-energy, and completely stress-free experience for our clients. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for flawless logistics, Megan specializes in keeping group travel, destination weddings, and luxury getaways running strictly on schedule. From managing group coordinates to ensuring every piece of wedding decor is exactly where it needs to be, she handles the "un-fun" logistics so you can focus entirely on making memories. Whether she is helping a bride finalize the perfect itinerary or coordinating logistics on-site for a massive cruise ship wedding, Megan brings a calm, capable, and enthusiastic energy to every trip she touches. She believes that your vacation starts the moment you begin planning—not just when you pack your bags. When she isn’t helping couples transition from "Yes" to "Bon Voyage," you can find Megan scouting out the best travel tips, assisting at local bridal shows, or brainstorming next-level perks to surprise our clients on their next big adventure.
